Improve How Your Business Operates. Automate What Complicates.

Your team is spending hours every week on work that shouldn’t need a person. I find where that happens in your operation, then build the systems that handle it without one.

24/7 automated workflows 85% of manual work removed 2,000+ hours saved annually

My Story

I’ve done the manual work. Now I build the systems that remove it.

Not glamorous work. Somebody still has to do it, and it’s usually not the person whose job it actually is.

5 years in manual operations
1+ year building automation, professionally

Customer support tickets, order emails, spreadsheet entry. I lived the bottlenecks before I ever tried to remove them. That’s the edge behind every system I build.

What the work actually looks like:

  • Meet with business owners to understand the operation and find where the repetitive work piles up.
  • Design and build automation systems across customer support, sales, reporting, inventory and scheduling.
  • Connect and integrate existing business tools and bring in new ones only where they fit the business better.
  • Develop reliable AI-assisted workflows for customer inquiries, lead qualification, document processing and reporting.
  • Deliver documented, scalable solutions with handover guidance, maintenance and support when you need it.

Process

Every automation starts with understanding your business.

Every business operates differently. I understand the operation first, then build automation that makes it better.

  1. 01

    Discovery Call

We discuss how your business operates, identify bottlenecks and repetitive work, then prioritize the improvements with the greatest impact.

  2. 02

    Solution Design

I design the workflow and how your systems connect, then we review the plan together before anything gets built.

  3. 03

    Implementation

I build the solution using technologies that fit your business, prioritizing reliability, maintainability, and simplicity.

  4. 04

    Testing & Deployment

Every workflow is tested end to end, then deployed with minimal to no disruption to your day-to-day operations.

  5. 05

    Handover & Support

You get full documentation on how it works, plus optional ongoing support and retainer plans as your business grows.

Good automation isn’t about replacing people. It’s about removing repetitive work so people can focus on work that benefits from human judgment.

Solutions

Systems running in real businesses.

Six builds, each solving a problem I had seen from the inside first. Open any one for the full picture.

It probably connects to what
you already use.

You should not have to change your stack to automate it.

What you see here isn't the limit. If it has an API, we can make it work.

Client proof

Every successful automation begins with trust.

I’m grateful for every client who’s trusted me with their business, and I look forward to building many more success stories together.

“He asked about our process before he mentioned a single tool. That alone was different.”
Marisol D. Founder, home goods store (Cebu) Customer communication Verified client March 2026

Working with Marisol

Marisol had already worked out how her store actually ran before we spoke, which made the first week unusually easy. We automated order confirmations first, then the supplier follow-ups her team kept losing on busy days. Thank you, Marisol, for trusting me with the parts of the business you could not afford to get wrong.

“The handover documentation was better than what we had for software we paid for.”
Connor B. Sales Director, coaching business (UK) Sales and lead management Verified client January 2026

Working with Connor

Connor cared about what happened after handover more than most clients do, and he was right to. Half the value of that project came from writing the documentation properly rather than from the automation itself. Thanks, Connor, for pushing me until it was something your team could actually run without me.

Connor B.
“We started with one workflow. Two months later it was running most of our back office.”
Andrea V. Operations Manager, fulfillment business (PH) Internal operations Verified client November 2025

Working with Andrea

Andrea started with one workflow because she wanted proof before committing anything else, which was fair. It grew from there one process at a time, and we still talk about what to look at next. Thank you, Andrea, for the patience to build it slowly instead of all at once.

Before the call

  • Your website
  • A quick overview of the business

  • Existing SOPs, if you have them

None of it is required. The more I know going in, the more of the call goes on your actual problem.

Questions I get asked first.

Something else on your mind? See what it’s being built to answer.

Do I need to know what I want automated?

Most people do not. Bring the problem, not the solution. Working out what is worth automating is the first half of the job.

What does a project cost?

I quote per project rather than per hour, so you are paying for a defined outcome. You get the scope and the price in writing before any work starts.

How long does it take?

A single workflow is usually one to two weeks. Anything larger gets broken into stages so you see something working early.

What happens after it goes live?

You get documentation explaining how the system works and what to expect. Ongoing support is available, but it is optional. You are never locked in.

Do you work with my industry?

Repetitive work looks the same everywhere. If your team is copying data between systems, the industry matters less than the process.

Thank you for taking the time to learn about my work.

Whether we end up working together or not, I hope this website gave you new ideas for improving how your business operates.

Every business has a story.
I’d love to hear yours.
